How I Was a Good Leader, a Good Teacher, and I Have a Great Resume?

How I Was a Good Leader, a Good Teacher, and I Have a Great Resume?I was a good leader, a good teacher, and I had a pretty impressive resume as well. Yet I felt like a real leader only when I was in control of the situation, not when I was constantly the center of it. Yet I can't seem to find a good leadership lesson on leadership that deals with the true nature of leadership, namely that it is about being in control.Everyone seems to be able to take on major job tasks, but few are so comfortable taking on the thoughts that guide their choices, or the actions that support those decisions. Many people have no trouble making all the decisions they need to make, but that does not mean they feel any better once they get them done. They are simply managing themselves more effectively by consciously avoiding the difficult task of making up their minds. In large organizational projects, and even small ones, there's an abundance of data that becomes part of the chain of command. We need to tr ust ourselves to be the first to know what the data tells us. But we also need to know what the data tells us. And we can learn much by listening to the 'little voices' of others, rather than listening to the big voice that tells us what we think we want to hear. How often have you been in situations where you heard, 'He isn't going to be happy with that,' or 'She doesn't like that,' or 'She said that's too long,' or 'No one else wants to do that, and we don't need it,' or 'Well, it'll just take too long.' Those old habits are hard to break. Those little voices inside your head have been telling you these things since you were born. But your brain knows better.Instead of letting your brain do all the thinking, say 'Only a quiet voice in my head is telling me this. If that's the way I think about it, then I'm going to think it!' It's not that you can't change your mind; it's that if you're prepared to bring a new idea to the table, the best idea might be something completely different from the one your brain is saying is appropriate. So it's best to bring new data into the discussion. You are being led by the 'big voice' of your brain, but if you take control of the situation and make the call, you will be the master of the situation. You will be the leader you were meant to be. You will be the teacher you were meant to be.Because you aren't being led by the big voice, you won't be distracted by the small little voice. If you can do that, your life will be so much better. You can see yourself in the master, because you are the one taking charge of your life and dealing with your small voice. Get more clarity on how I was a good leader, a good teacher, and I have a great resume. But what you really need to take control of your life is to become a great leader, a great teacher, and I've been born to do that.
